This year’s West Fest Parade was one of the largest with floats to sponsor new stores including Costco and Family Fare. There was some rivalry between the West Fargo High School and Sheyenne High School through their excited shouted support for their respective school. Everyone at or in the parade was very eager to see the different floats and some of the houses along the route decided to join in the festivities by barbecuing on their front lawns. Although it began to rain by no means was the positive spirit expressed by the crowds dampened.
