Varsity Volleyball vs. Roughriders

Although the Packers had a few highlights in the game, they unfortunately lost the match against the Roughriders. The gym started out with high hopes and energy in the air. As the game progressed, the energy in the student section began to simmer down. Darian Chwialkowski stole the spotlight in the match, being one of the two freshmen on the varsity team. She made several kills throughout the game as the student section yelled ‘she’s a freshman.’ The three sets were fairly close. In fact, halfway through the second set, the score was 13-12 with the Packers losing. All in all, the Varsity team tried their best and will hopefully get the Roughriders next match.
