GERMANTOWN, MD — A violent early-morning crash in Montgomery County left one man dead and seven children injured after police say a stolen white Kia collided with a blue Toyota and rolled onto its side. The wreck happened Aug. 4 at about 5:25 a.m. near Clopper Road and Great Seneca Highway.
Police said the Toyota driver, an unnamed man, died at the scene.
